Welcome! Taking the step to pursue psychotherapy can be a bit daunting. The information on this website is intended to provide you with an introduction to me as a therapist and help make the process of entering therapy a bit easier.

I work with people to help them understand themselves and their situations, manage stress better, and make positive changes a reality.  I strive to provide a comfortable, confidential, and non-judgmental place for you to get the help you need. With the help of good therapy, you too can rise above stress, trauma, loss, ambivalence, troubling relationships and self defeating patterns to find joy and fulfillment.
